104 year old female, treated 3 years earlier for critical limb ischemia of the right foot. Now presents with a 2 month history of worsening left foot rest pain. Unable to sleep for more than 2 hours. She lives independently with her 84 year old daughter.
86 year old female with a several month history of a painful non-healing ulcer over the lateral malleolus.
Recurrent lower extermity DVT should prompt an investigation for venous outflow obstruction. Too often these patients are under treated.
